Mr. Navid Safaei is a senior researcher at the Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran. His main research interest is evolutionary theory in the socio-economic domain. He is the head of mathematical Olympiad department at Salam High Schools Complex since 2009 and has been involved in developing curricula for mathematics competitions since 2005. He has written more than twenty books for high school mathematics including several books for the international publishing house XYZ-Press.
As an instructor, Mr. Navid has been invited to many math training camps around the world including those held in Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy and Singapore. He has also published a number of articles in various journals pertaining to methods and techniques for solving problems in math competitions.
As an advisor for the mathematics department at SundarSTEM, Mr. Navid is helping develop the math curriculum for the school. His other role is to mentor and train students to compete in International Math Olympiads.
